HighGrade Inspection Services inspects products and processes on your behalf at all stages from sourcing factories, through the manufacturing process, to delivery. Our solutions include:

  • Pre-Shipment Inspection Booking – Using HighGrade Inspection Services’s customers can book inspections by email or with online convenience.
  • Initial Production InspectionHighGrade Inspection Services auditors inspect a visual inspection of products as available at the beginning for the production cycle against a client’s instructions and purchase order specifications. The Initial Production Check” when combined with a “Final Random Inspection” and any other on-line production checks, helps in taking corrective actions at any early stage of production cycle. The inspection team will send out intermediary reports to the client and keep them informed about the production progress relative to the delivery terms.
  • Pre-Production Inspections Our inspectors conduct random sampling of the raw materials and components to be used in production.
  • During Production Inspections – As soon as the first goods leave the product lines, our inspectors check for any defects or deviations from quality parameters, and suggest practical and effective ways in which these can be rectified in the production process.
  • Final Random Inspections – This pre-shipment inspection takes place when the merchandise is completed, packed and ready for shipment. Our inspectors pull a random sample of finished goods, based on internationally recognized statistical random sampling techniques. We verify quantity, workmanship, function, color, size specifications and packing details, all with a view to ensure that the contract specifications are met.
  • Supervision of LoadingsHighGrade Inspection Services ensures that the final products that passed inspection are the same products that are packed up and shipped to their final destination.
  • Order ControlHighGrade Inspection Services account managers work closely with you and your suppliers from the beginning of order to shipment to support timely deliveries (it may include factory audit, first article inspection, in-process inspection, final shipment inspection to container loading supervision). We measure and report on progress of your order and keep you informed of any unexpected delays and concerns to meet shipping schedule commitments. Order control services are based on your having already gotten a potential supplier.
  • Inspection Certificate – By including the Inspection Certificate and Protection Clauses in the Letter of Credit, the supplier will not be able to receive payment without satisfying quality standard required and verified by HighGrade Inspection Services. While at the same time, the L/C would not release the manufacturer from his contractual liabilities and responsibilities for his products. Inspection Certificate (L/C) is a tool to safeguard your benefits. It could be issued to supplier upon receipt your instruction for the arrangement of shipment/ payment after the inspection report is released. If their is any circumstances that you are unsatisfied with quality level, Certificate will not be delivered to your supplier until solution is found to fix the product quality problem.
